Spark's Tumbling program offers quality instruction to beginner through advanced students. From forward rolls and handstands to fulls and arabians, our coaches can help any athlete reach their goals. Our training facility has various levels of training equipment including a spring floor, a rod floor, a tumble track, mats and blocks, to help students learn through drills and progressions. Our varied equipment, coupled with our knowledgeable staff, creates an environment where athletes can develop tumbling skills at their own pace.
Tumbling (5 - 7) is the earliest class where students can specialize in Tumbling. Spark's trained instructors teach from a curriculum that focuses on fundamentals and progressions. Students use tumble track, mats and blocks to learn cartwheels, handstands, rolls and bridges. Developing jumping and punching mechanics, in addition to basic shapes, flexibility and strength, Tumbling students will take their first step towards building a strong tumbling foundation. This class is coed and great for kids who would like to supplement gymnastics, cheer, dance or parkour, or work toward competing in Power Tumbling.
Tumbling (7 - 10) is for students who want to specialize in Tumbling to supplement gymnastics, cheer, dance or parkour, or who aspire to compete in Power Tumbling. Building a strong foundation through strength, flexibility and shaping training, Spark's staff are trained to understand mechanics, drills and progressions. Because tumbling is a progressive sport, students of varying levels can train together and work at their own pace. Spark has a variety of springy surfaces and training equipment including a spring floor, tumble track, rod floor (competitive power tumbling strip), blocks and mats to teach students in a safe environment.
Tumbling (10+) offers students the opportunity to build strength, flexibility and shaping skills to learn or improve their tumbling skills. Utilizing the various equipment including tumble track, rod floor (competitive Power Tumbling apparatus), mats and blocks, student will develop a foundation of strong basics. Our tumbling program leverages the technique developed through Power Tumbling experts to provide students the opportunity to go as far as their hard work and dedication can take them. This class is great for supplementing gymnastics, cheer, dance or parkour, or for preparing for competition.
